Try: 1. Refresh Billing and wait 1–2 minutes (webhook delay) 2. Check whether the deposit order is still pending or failed 3. Confirm Checkout showed success (page not closed early) 4. If it stays missing, contact your administrator with payment time and order id Avoid duplicate top-ups unless the previous attempt failed.

What are arrears? How are they cleared after a top-up?

When settlement tries to debit the wallet but balance is insufficient, an arrears record is created. After you top up, SupaNexus clears arrears in FIFO order (oldest first). Until cleared, arrears reduce available balance and may cause 402. Watch arrears on the Billing page and top up promptly.

Which payment methods are supported?

Use whatever channels appear on the Billing page. Typical integration is Stripe Checkout (major cards, etc.). Available channels, currencies, and minimum amounts are configured by your operator. Contact them if expected methods are missing.

What is a redemption code?

A redemption code is a prepaid top-up voucher. After you redeem a valid code on the Billing page, the amount is credited to your current organization wallet for API usage. How do I redeem? 1. Sign in to the developer console 2. Open Billing 3. Click Have a redemption code? 4. Enter the full code and confirm After success, check your balance or account transactions for the credit. Where do I get one? Codes are usually provided by an authorized partner or promotional campaign — they are not purchased inside the console. If you do not have a code, use Top up for online payment.
