Billing uses an async settlement pipeline. A successful call does not mean an immediate wallet debit: So: - Usage updates first, near real time - Billing balance and line items may lag until settlement runs (default poll interval ~1 hour) If you just ran many calls, an unchanged balance is normal — refresh Billing after a while. Accepted Answer

402 Payment Required (`error.code=402`) means available balance is insufficient, even if the raw wallet balance looks fine. Common causes: - Pending settlement consumes most of the wallet - Outstanding arrears - Recent top-up before pending amounts refresh Check available balance, pending, and arrears on the Billing page, or top up to clear arrears.
