How do I enable two-factor authentication (MFA)?

1. Sign in to the developer console 2. Open Account & security (`/account`) 3. Scan the TOTP QR code and enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app Email OTP may be required when enabling or disabling MFA. Day-to-day sign-in uses TOTP (Google Authenticator, 1Password, etc.). If you reset your password via Forgot password and MFA is enabled, you must also enter your TOTP code.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

1. Open the sign-in page and click Forgot password 2. Enter your registered email and the 6-digit email verification code 3. Set a new password (if MFA is enabled, enter your TOTP code as well) 4. Sign in again with your new password Notes: - After a successful reset, all signed-in devices are signed out - If you do not receive the email, check spam or try again after the 60-second cooldown - If you lost both your password and authenticator, contact your SupaNexus platform administrator We recommend enabling MFA and using a password manager.

Can one account belong to multiple organizations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A user can belong to several organizations. After sign-in, use the org switcher in the header. API keys, usage, and billing follow the current organization context. Create a new org: Console → Organizations → Create.

What happens when my account is suspended?

Accepted Answer

A platform administrator may suspend accounts that violate policy: After unsuspension by an administrator, console and OpenAPI access resume immediately; you do not need to recreate API keys.
